History
The Conlang Database Project began in July-August 2020.
A publicly-editable Google spreadsheet was created early on to enable people to add details of conlangs before a website could be created. Before it was eventually closed to public editing it gathered around 800 conlangs, which were then added to the new database once the website was created.
In the autumn of 2020 we created a Planning Document on Google Docs.
This was followed by two further supplementary planning documents:
New proposal for fields and options
Modus Operandi
